I would really like to hear from you. I do not presume to have all the answers, so your ideas are valuable and respected. Dual Mode Sentencing is an attempt to adjust the framework of the criminal justice system in order to make it more just and fair. Did I get it right? You tell me. 

I just want the criminal justice system to be better.  I ask you to join me in this cause.  I ask for your input, your ideas.  I won't take offense if you criticize my concepts.  It will mean that we are talking - and that is good.
